He started his career in 2008 at the Vanil restaurant, after he worked at Bolshoi and Probka on Tsvetnoy. In 2019, he became part of the Lucky Group team, and since the opening of the Eva restaurant he went from the sous-chef to the chef. He believes that the main thing in his work is to see guests who return to the restaurant again and again.

Islam's journey in the profession began in 2015 with a desire to learn and gain experience. Within a year, he honed his skills at an Italian restaurant, and in 2017 he joined the Lucky Group team, working at Margarita Bistro and later at Lucky Izakaya Bar. In 2020, Islam took part in launching the EVA on Bolshaya Gruzinskaya, where four years later he became head chef. Today, he is opening a new EVA project in Prime Park as chef. "My approach is built on efficient processes, respect for ingredients, and an uncompromising focus on flavor, clarity, and precision in every detail."

With over 15 years in the industry, Maria began her career in the Russian Far East before continuing it in Moscow — where her work with the EVA team became a defining chapter. Her portfolio includes EVA on Bolshaya Gruzinskaya, the opening of EVA in Khamovniki, and the launch of the third project at Prime Park. She has grown from manager to general manager. A genuine love for guests and sincere care for their experience have become part of her professional DNA. Her management approach balances high standards with respect, discipline with trust. Maria believes that a strong team is built on mutual responsibility, and that true order starts with the leader's personal example — a principle that shapes her management style and the culture of the team.

Sergey has been in the industry for over 10 years, more than 6 of which with Lucky Group. He started with the team when the very first EVA restaurant opened on Bolshaya Gruzinskaya, and today he heads the bar department across all EVA restaurants. Sergey is responsible for the beverages and ensures they are as vibrant and lively as the cuisine itself. "I don't like complexity for its own sake. A good drink for me is one with a flavor that's clear from the first sip, fits the moment, and leaves you wanting another. Together with my team, I think not about the drink in isolation, but about what the guest will feel at each moment of the meal — whether it's a cocktail, a glass of Greek vermouth, or a cup of coffee."

Alexander began his career in the industry in 2018 in the Oryol region as a bartender. Aspiring to learn from the best, he set his goal to join the Lucky Group team and in March 2020 he joined Margarita Bistro. Within two years, he took the position of bar manager. Under his leadership, the team earned top honors in professional competitions: first place at Lucky Coffee Competition 2024, second place at LCC 2024, and first place at Speed Mix KFC 2025. In early 2026, he was appointed bar manager of Dacha Gastropub and Dacha Lounge, and now he also heads the bar at the new EVA project in Prime Park.

He started his career with practice in 2010, studying to be a chef, then worked in his specialty until 2014. He tried his hand at various positions: waiter, bartender, administrator. In search of a dream profession, he plunged into the study of wine. After graduating from the Enotria course, he became part of the team of the restaurant "Foreigners". In October 2021, he joined the Lucky Group as a sommelier of the Greek restaurant Eva. In his work, more than anything he values the exchange of emotions with guests and their sincere smiles, as well as a team of professionals who enjoy what they do.
